Return
We only accept returns for damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, you can request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged product
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a instructions on how to send the product back to us.
No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is to replace damaged products only. If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
